my name is Joris Klause and I am an interaction designer based in Frankfurt a. M., Germany. I am holding a B. A. Digital Media from the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, where I am currently studying in a consecutive master's program.
Mostly working in project teams the last few years, I gathered experience in many fields ranging from programming and physical computing to user centered design methods, always having the most fun testing new ideas with quick prototypes.
I love to explore novel forms of interaction by playing with new technologies and viewing them from another angle than initially intended. Accompanying my passion for interactive media I am interested in the development of video games. Therefore I always try to design playful interaction concepts that feel natural and intuitive.
Currently I am researching possibilities to create simulator-sickness-free, flow inducing game experiences with the Oculus Rift.
